Skype Sessions

How do the sessions work?
An agreed timeslot is booked to suit your schedule (subject to my availability).
For example: 15th June 2019 – 4pm – 6pm [Australia Time]
This means the session will start and conclude at the agreed time, so I try to encourage my clients to be online and ready to commence to avoid missing out on tuition time.
Cancellations & Changes
If you are going to be 30 minutes late to the session, the session will still commence at the agreed time, meaning, although you will lose the first 30 mins, the remaining 1-hour & 30 mins are left. Anything over 30 minutes late and your session will be forfeited and your hours will be lost. If you would like to cancel your session or arrange another time, at least 48 hours notice is required or session times will be forfeited and your hours will be lost.
Please note: If you have booked hours through a limited time only deal, you will not be able to re-schedule your hours for another time unless it is within the time frame – subject to availability.
Please note: Any bookings purchased will expire 3-6 months (according to how many hours are booked) from the payment date, so please use your hours before then. ***Any hours not used before then will be terminated.
Please note: No project files from the sessions will be shared with you. Sessions are for learning purposes only unless it’s your project file that you have sent me.
Payment Terms
All payments are to be made upfront. Payment options include PayPal, Debit Card & Direct Bank Transfer.
***Please note: Your session/s cannot be confirmed until full payment is received.
Refunds
Please ensure you are committed to the tuition hours/days before making payment, as refunds cannot be provided after payment.
A refund will only be available if I cannot give you the tuition you have paid for.
The simple reason for this is to ensure all AM Studios clients receive their full sessions, to avoid any clashing as there will be other clients booked around your time or days and to stop any loss of income for AM Studios, where there could have been availability for other clients wanting studio time or Skype sessions. This is unfortunate but necessary due to previous time wasted. I hope to have made everything clear before the sessions commence.
I have found that every AM Studios client is happy with this arrangement.
Updates To Terms & Conditions
Due to this Terms & Conditions being changed from time to time we recommend you review this page frequently. Allan Morrow Studios reserve the right to modify this Terms & Conditions at any time and will inform you below of when the Terms & Conditions were last updated.
