Username or Password is incorrect?
Please make sure that you have entered a correct email and password.
***Please note that when signing up to the Newsletter or AM Studios Production Community that this is not the same as creating an account on the store. These are separate, so if you are trying to sign in using the same email you provided when joining the newsletter, it could be that you have not yet created an account and will need to create an account.
Products not showing in your downloads?
When purchasing your products, it is possible that you have purchased as a guest and have not been signed in during the time of the purchase.
If you wish for your purchase to be linked to your account, please contact us using the contact page with your order number and the email of the account you wish your order to be linked too.
Issue with downloading your files?
If you are having any issues with downloading your files, please contact us using the Live Chat or contact page.Please provide your email address and order number/s along with the issue you are having so that your issue can be fixed ASAP.
Lost password requested but no email?
If you have requested to change your password, but you have not received an email, then please check your SPAM or JUNK folders as it can sometimes go in there depending on your email provider.
