DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS

The tutorials we sell are in digital format and will be sent to you from our server direct to your computer. These Products are compressed into ZIP files for faster downloading.
When ordering a product, you will be sent an email with your downloadable file.

REFUNDS

Due to all our products being intangible goods we can not offer any refunds on our products. Customers can at any time cancel their order before payment has been processed.
All products are checked before we put them up for sale; In the case of an issue, we will try our best to resolve any issue. If any issues please just contact us using the contacts page.
Before purchasing your goods, please make sure the product you’re ordering is compatible with your operating system and software you own. We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests and will not be held at fault for customer mishaps.
Please also check the quantity in your checkout to make sure you have not ordered the same product twice.

USAGE

Only you, as the buyer has the right to use the products. You must not share the products with anyone else or distribute online.

DOWNLOAD LINKS

Once you have purchased a product/s you will receive an email with a link to download your file/s. You may also download from your “downloads” section in “my accounts” if you have an account with us.

DOWNLOAD RESTRICTIONS

Each product has an expiry date and a limited number of downloads. If you have reached your limit or your download link has expired, then please contact us using the contact page, and we will fix the issue for you.

An account is not required to purchase products on our website, but to make a purchase you will need to provide certain information, including your first name, last name, email address and billing information.
